Have questions? We’re here to help!
Check out some frequently asked questions below. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, contact us!
+ How will you ship my order?
Our wreaths are shipped via UPS. You should receive a shipping confirmation email, from UPS, with your package tracking number once the order has shipped. We require a street address for all deliveries (including any apartment or unit numbers). We ask that, when possible, you please provide an address where a daytime recipient is available.
We cannot be held responsible for UPS delivery issues or problems due to an incorrectly provided address. Please check that you have typed in the correct street address and verify your ZIP code.
+ Can I indicate when I want my order to ship?
If you would like us to hold your order, to be shipped at a later date than the normal processing time, please include these details in the Order Notes section of the Checkout Cart. If you already placed the order, but would like us to hold it for a short period of time, you can contact us by email (sunnysidenursery@msn.com) or phone (425-334-2002).
Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so these days are not included in estimating when your order will ship. Please note that at this time we are not offering express or priority shipping.
+ Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
Yes! Once you’ve placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards to let you know that your order has been processed. This confirmation email summarizes your order and provides an order number for reference. You will also receive a second email (via UPS) that the order has shipped, with a tracking number included.
+ Do you ship overseas or to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
No, we do not ship any orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or to any addresses outside the contiguous United States.

+ Where do I find product care information?
Care information for our fresh evergreen wreaths are provided on a handout in each boxed order.
For long lasting wreaths, we recommend hanging your wreath outside - fresh air will extend the life of the wreath. A cool location with a good amount of shade will help it to live even longer. For optimal freshness, heavily spray with water every two weeks - this can be done easily with a garden hose. Wreaths placed outdoors, with proper care, should last roughly 4 to 8 weeks.
While not recommended, if you would like to hang the wreath inside the house, always keep evergreens away from heat sources, open flames or vents. This prevents the wreath from drying out too quickly and more importantly prevents the risk of fire. Soak the wreath, once a week for optimal freshness, by submerging it in water - let dry before rehanging, to avoid a mess. With proper care, they should last roughly 3 weeks.
+ Do your wreaths really look like they do on the website?
You want to make sure you’re getting what you see online… we get it! Actually, your wreath will look better than the website! Weighing roughly 6 to 9 lbs each (depending on your chosen variety), our holiday wreaths are even fuller and more beautiful in person. All of our wreaths are fresh, long-lasting, and handcrafted here at Sunnyside Nursery. We take great pride in the quality and unique nature of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us by email or phone (sunnysidenursery@msn.com or 425-334-2002) and we will make efforts to make it right.
+ Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sunnysidenursery@msn.com.
I often tell gardeners in our region to rediscover their “Evergreen State”, which (in a play on words) simply means to show some gardening style with the structure, texture and color of conifers. Around here nature has the many shades of green covered, but how about some bold blues and bright yellows? When all of the deciduous shrubs and trees have…
